Great views
We visited here with the Monumental ticket that includes other sites. Struggled at first to find it as the steps start in the corner of a shop. There are over 100 steps to the top and it was hard work...
Living in Narbonne I try to climb there as often as I can... Just for the wiew from the top but not only... Also to check if I am still fit!!! Around 150 steps... I is really worth to climb...
I just loved the climb up here ... all 165 steps! It is not for those who aren’t stable on their feet but if you can, it is worth the climb to the top. Great views of the city, canal and Cathedral.
For the view over the cathedral and the town. Don't do it if it's hot or you are a bit tired. The lady in the ticket office was wonderful to us, five stars for her.

Great views across Narbonne and of the Cathedral
The Donjon is late 13th - early 14th century. It is worth the 163 steps to the top for the magnificent views in 360 degrees.
Very nice view from there...
