Cancelled !
Cancelled the 0545 tongariro crossing shuttle and gave poor weather as an excuse. Weather was fine. No apology given.

Last minute decision to hire some bikes. Prompt replies by text, personal and professional service. Bikes were well maintained and performed well on the Old Coach Rd.
Hassle free
Book their Mount Tongariro package (with shuttle service) last feb. Hassle free, just book and confirm your slot. Shuttle was on time to and fro. A short 20min ride to trailhead for hiking.
