Nice park with at least to water
We did a bit of off-season hiking here. There Is an easy trail that leads to the shoreline of Lake Champlain.
Day visit
Day use park only. Not much going on, muddy shore, fairly certain I would not go in the water. Good part was there are plenty of trees for shade.
Walk around and short visit
Nice little park and was past the normal season so it was free. Park was clean, well kept and beach was nice. Too bad there was no swimming due to the blue green algae that seems to have invaded lak...
Keeping it simple
Great place. We went for aromantic evening walk although, it looked as though they offered much more. Picnicking, barbecues for use. Summertime concerts also take place. Worth a stop if you're in ...

Okay, not really hidden, seeing as it IS a state park. We parked with ease and found a sunny spot on the lawn. Not many people and fairly quiet- unusual, I know, beaches typically have a lot going on...
