I went to the New Year in January 2018. It is a long and narrow park on the west side of the Church of Santo Domingo. It is not a tourist spot, but a small square where locals 々 relax. I just went to the Carmen Alto Church near the park, but it's a nice place with a stall selling folk crafts.
