    Xinchang Gongyang Tower

    Original Text

If you walk from JR Omihachiman Station on the Ekimae-dori toward Hachimanbori, you will find a temple just in front of Hachiman Elementary School. There is a memorial tower for Nobunaga, but there are no other highlights. However, azaleas were in full bloom in the precincts.

It's a temple related to Oda Nobunaga.

    Original Text

It is a temple related to Oda Nobunaga. It seems that the site was given and opened by a priest of the Jodo sect who once fought a dispute between a priest of the Jodo sect and a priest of the Nichiren sect, and who won due to the political background of Oda Nobunaga. There was also a memorial tower for Oda Nobunaga on the premises.

there seems to be a gorinto called the tomb of oda nobunaga

    Original Text

Along the main street from Omihachiman Station to Hachiman digging. Originally, Hidetsugu Toyotomi moved the temple built by Oda Nobunaga under Azuchi Castle to its current location. However, the precincts do not have the impression that they are a little murky. There seems to be a Gorinto called Oda Nobunaga's Tomb, but I wasn't sure about it.

But it was just a large temple ... it was a temple that was nothing.

    Original Text

Large Dou and wide precincts ... If you ask (the most destroyer among military commanders), it's a temple related to Nobunaga ... No wonder ... It was a temple that felt quite "heavy". It seems to be a Jodo sect temple, but what is the faith for those who thoroughly destroyed the Tendai sect and Ikko sect? I don't think it makes sense. This is within the range of walking from the station to the area around Hachimanbori, the center of sightseeing. I don't know, but it seems to be famous for the "Azuchi sect theory". Enshu gardens, Okyo no Tsutsuri, etc. Famous ...

    Temple related to Nobunaga.

    Original Text

It is a large and magnificent temple I met while walking toward Hachimanbori from the station. That should be the reason for the temple related to Oda Nobunaga. Although it faces the main street, the precincts are large and you can have a quiet time just by entering in an orderly manner.
