It is a Zen temple directly connected to Kumano faith in the Kada district.
It was founded relatively new and is during the Keicho period. The huge cherry tree in the precincts was a sacred tree that looked like the foundation of Kumano faith. Even if it is a journey like me 々, it is only an old road walk, but for those who do it, I pray for safety and protection along the way, and I will protect this leaf of the cherry tree.
