Thailand's Pattaya Underwater World is so cool! One second to travel to the bottom of the sea.
Cross over to the bottom of the sea and see the colorful fish, jellyfish, and unique animals in Thailand.
Pattaya Underwater World is such an aquarium that houses 4,000 marine creatures, including 200 local species in Pattaya, Thailand and rare species from abroad, making it a well-deserved Thai-themed aquarium.
Transportation: You can take the Thai characteristic transportation tuk-tuk to get here. Opening hours: 9:00am-6:00pm.
📍Address: Pattaya Underwater World
Ticket purchase: I bought the ticket on Ctrip, the price is almost half cheaper than buying on site! And you can enter directly without queuing.
As soon as you enter the Pattaya Underwater World, you can see the koi swimming in the water, followed by various small exhibition halls where the marine creatures inside will have introductions written below 🐡.
If you keep walking, you will find a long ocean tunnel. Outside the tunnel, various marine creatures swim around. The scenery here is very beautiful, with various coral reefs and machine wreckage forming a lost underwater paradise.
I am a jellyfish enthusiast. The jellyfish in Thailand really fascinate me with their large and soft bodies, swimming around in the ocean in various shapes and forms. Under the illumination of lights, they appear translucent and almost like oceanic fairies 🐋.
Apart from marine creatures, there are also some reptiles in the Pattaya Underwater World, such as lizards and golden pythons. It's worth a visit here in Pattaya!
A relatively small aquarium, but there are not many types of fish. Buy on the spot is 500 baht per person. There are many network discounts. Ticket verification is also very convenient. It is the second time to bring a friend. Will continue to book on Trip.com.
Waste of my time! One of the worst aquariums I've been to! It's very outdated and has lots of empty tanks! There's literally nothing to see. It was not well-maintained, AC is not cold. You can finish everything in 15 minutes. Will not recommend visiting this place at all! Unless you've never seen a baby shark or stingray.
There are really a lot of people, and they are very tired. It is still worth a visit, that is, the attractions are too concentrated and the flow of people affects the experience too much. It is recommended that you come to play in the off-season and the experience will be better.
Very close to the beach in Pattaya. cheap price. Buy the cheapest from Trip.com. The child likes it very much. There is air conditioning inside. Very suitable for taking children to play. Many deep sea fish. There are also sharks/catch up with the breeder to feed the fish and see the shark eating small fish. Go to Pattaya, Thailand, and bring your children here to play. Hahahahahahaha
Underwater World invites visitors into a mesmerizing aquatic realm. From vibrant coral reefs to majestic sea turtles, the diverse marine life captivates at every turn. The tunnel through the Giant Ocean Tank offers a unique underwater perspective, while interactive exhibits enhance the educational experience. Despite occasional crowds, the charm of this marine sanctuary and its commitment to conservation make it a must-visit for those seeking an immersive and enchanting journey beneath the waves
I hoped that earlier 2023 reviews were a symptom of Covid-era problems and that things would be better now. Unfortunately not - I have to agree with earlier comments that this is diappointing. Certainly not worth 500 baht. Even if it was improved to fulfill its potential, that would be high. 200 is more than enough at present. The tanks are fine and could be good - the problem is there are not enough fish and few of the ones there are are spectacular. It could be so much better...
The child likes it very much. 15 minutes from the downtown area of Pattaya. cheap price. Many children have new deep sea fish. The child said that he will come here next time. There is also a 100 baht photo with the golden snake at the door.
