Not as pretty as some other bridges.
Bridge is covered; great for blocking the sun and staying cool, but it blocks the view and creates a tunnel effect. Numerous benches near the bridge, but all in full sun. Why not plant trees?
This bridge is a reconstruction of the original XIV C bridge which was damaged in WWII. This is apparent in the method of construction of the roof. Still it is worth a visit.
The Ponte Coperto today is a reconstruction of the original which was destroyed during WWII. It's quite impressive. Don't miss it when you visit Pavia.

Old bridge in Pavia
I passed by this bridge for an interview. It looks quite normal but on the bridge, you can see the view of the river which is good.
Nice bridge
Nice bridge to sit and take some good photos. Pavia itself its a nice small town. Definetely Worth a quick visit if you are in Milan.
