Kuah is a town on the island of Langkawi. There are many duty-free and handcraft centers in the town. The development of the town is very fast, and many of the old wooden buildings have given way to large buildings built with reinforced concrete. Most of the tourists who come to Kuah to go to the bank, take a ferry or go to the duty-free to shop. In addition, there are many good restaurants in Kuah. Other than Malay and Indian food restaurants, there are Chinese seafood restaurants.
