Today it was hazy due to the fog, but on a clear day you would have 360 degree views. Tables at top, no grassy area. Bathrooms too. The hike up from below has limited parking, very few spots. It's along the road uphill...not considered a hike with no trees, bushes, flowers or water around. Just drive to the top to see the views and maybe a picnic lunch? Short walk to top from parking lot.
