we drive through most days as it gets you to the Mayol shopping center the rugby stadium. There are some built in cafes where you can see comedy or small concerts.

History

Toulon history. No longer its old stature. We hardly notice it but I guess you'll want a photo or two. It now has a modern shopping mall sitting on top of it

Always like using a ferry port and when they are as well organised as this it makes it a pleasure. Even friendly customs officers who could have made emptying a full van a nightmare. The one criticism...

Napoleonic Gate

Yes it is entirely historical but you can march thru the very same gate Naploeon did in 1796. Then you can shop in the market beyond it.
