It is a main square

I am wondering why this is listed as an attraction. You are in the front of the cathedral. And at the waterfront. One monument in remembrance for the German immigrants. That it is.

In need of some TLC (tender loving care)

I was a little disappointed with this Plaza De Armas, it looks a little forgotten. Having said this there is an area that is boarded up, hopefully some work being carried out here, to improve the look...
