A working library and also a museum at the same time. Gorgeous building donated by Andrew Carnegie after the complete destruction of Reims in World War I. A real beauty of a visit

Cool, old school card catalog. We heard there was a great place to see a panorama of the city from the top floor of the library but we found everything to be blocked off.
