A nice spot to stop.
The fountain is nice, and it's a good spot to stop and appreciate the city. But not so much of a major attraction to go out of your way for.

Erected in 1906, the 4 statues around its pedestal represent the Marne, Vesle, Suite and Aisle rivers. A victory sculpture crowns the high column of the fountain. At night, lights highlight the monume...
