The Muséearchéologique de Grenoble Archaeological Museum of Grenoble is housed in Église Saint-Laurent, the church of Saint-Laurent built in the 12th century. A large number of ancient ruins have been excavated under the foundation of the church. The exhibits show Grenoble's profound history and culture. Open from Wednesday to Monday from 9:00 to 18:00. Take the tram line B and get off at the ÎleVerte station to get to the neighborhood, after which you have to walk across the bridge.
A very large museum with many exhibition rooms and a very rich collection. It is near the castle of the Knights, at the entrance of the Avenue of the Knights. It can be seen that it was converted from an ancient building in the Middle Ages, so the building itself is a cultural relic with historical heritage.
