Lovely church

This place is stunning! Its is free to enter and look around, although there is a charge to visit the courtyard. Just take some time to look at the details. It was quite quiet when I visited.

This interesting story could be told better

At this site you can experience the last remains of the many medieval churches in Ribe. Dominican friars settled here around 1230. Don't miss the cloister garden (1 euro). Don't expect info in English...

Beautiful Cloisters

This is actually the last remaining monastery left in Ribe with cloisters in tact. It is a beautiful church and the cloisters give a real sense of the history of the place

Worth a visit

The church is typical Lutheran but restrains a lot of its monastic connections. We were lucky to be in town for one of the summer programme of concerts. These are well supported so don't leave it late...

Cute

We parked our car outside the church as a coincidence since this was where the gps led us when we set it to the town Ribe. Worth a look, it's a cute church and free entry. Even our small kids liked it...
