The Abbey Church of Saint-Ouen is a tall Gothic Roman Catholic church built on a scale similar to that of the nearby Rouen Cathedral. The church was originally built in the early 14th century and was interrupted by a century-long war. When we were in the monastery, there was a rehearsal to play the organ.
The Gothic Church of St-Ouen Rouen is a quaint monastery. The main structure is radially expanded outward and has a visual impact. The internal religious sculptures are all fine art. There are gardens in the courtyard. It is a 20 minute walk from the train station.
I feel that the style here is very big and the design is very first-class.
