Came to the Christmas Village to take a photo with Santa Claus, it was originally a meaningful game, and the result was that the queue took most of the waiting time (too many people, December 25), from the appointment to the queue to enter the field in the (outdoor) ice and snow / (indoor) crowds of space waited for more than three hours... ...and finally missed The last bus back to the city (17:18), had to take a taxi 🚕 It took half an hour to wait for the bus and 30 euros to return to the hotel (Note: the distance from the Christmas village to the hotel is less than 6 kilometers)

The place is fun but I have always wanted it to be a little bigger to offer a full day experience. Currently it’s suit for half a day only including visiting Santa. The food options are somewhat limited but pizza and burgers are available. The location just next to the main road 4 (E75) not far from Rovaniemi city is perfect.
Santa's office is open all year round. We are here in winter. Santa Claus has to start work at 10 o'clock. It is recommended to queue early, because there are many tourists coming to find Santa to take pictures every day, and there are not many waiting times in line. Every day, a Santa Claus holds a certificate, answering questions and taking pictures from people around the world. Santa's office tickets are free, but there is a charge for taking photos with Santa Claus, and the price is not cheap. A photo of A5 is 30€, A4 photo 35€. 4 small (10x15cm) photos are 40€. You can't take pictures yourself, you must be taken by his professional photographer. The price is too expensive, and there is a queue, so we will see that there is no photo.
The Santa Claus office is beautiful with the decoration and inside you can meet the Santa !
Santa's office will be open all year round, and there is a hand letter shop on the side, selling a variety of Santa Claus Village souvenirs. Walk into the office to draw Santa Claus to chat and take pictures. The queue is long. It is recommended to come early!
Santa's office is the agency responsible for hosting children from all countries, where "certified" Santas answer strange questions from children.
