BEST ATMOSPHERE
One of the most magical places I have ever been to. Situated by the sea, so much to explore. Absolutely loved this place.
UNESCO Heritage Site
Obviously, one of the top two Roman sites to visit along with Leptis Magna. There is an English speaking guide named Tariq Ali who is excellent. In sone respects I liked this site better than Leptis...

Wow these ruins were cool, beautiful carvings on the wall and mosaics on the floor. Stunning view of the sea and coast also.

I have travelled all over the world but I lived in Tripoli, Libya. Sabratha and Leptis Magna are two of the most magnificent ancient sites in the world. I so wish that North Africa and the Middle East...

I would rate this almost as high as Leptis Magna and should not be missed when in Libya. Highly recommended.
