Small shrine surrounded by nature
Cute little shrine surrounded by nature. This is the kind of shrines you want to visit during your Japan trip. The spiritual experience you can get there is unique.
It's cool in summer.
It takes about an hour from Saito. It is located in a village called Silver Mirror. This village is in the mountains, so it's very cool even in summer. There is a gentleman here, so I went there once. It's a small gentleman. Because it's elegant, the building is very beautiful. I think it's worth a visit to avoid the heat in summer.
It's in the secret!
It is located in the Ginkagami village in the mountains, about an hour and a half from Miyazaki to Saito, and about an hour and a half by bus. The shrine is located on the opposite bank of the river in the Ginkagami village, and you will climb a little slope. Many people visit Kagura every December, but I think it is better to be careful because there is only one store in the silver mirror village and replenishment does not work. Bus will be transferred to Saito for two round trips a day.
