A side trip not to miss
We saw this 1st thing driving to the park and planned to check it out before the day ends. It did not disappoint! A great place to end a day of hiking and relax by the river.

Nice view of river
We parked up top, but parking in the lower lot may have been better and then walked over the bridge. You get a great view of the river.
Nice Place to Start a Run
My husband and I parked at Lions Park and set off to do a run. Running along the river with the mountains on either side made for an absolutely breathtaking run.
