Deramakot Forest Reserve

We're not going to be foolproof, and the Dramacott Forest Reserve provides these. We booked here with Adventure Alternative Borneo, the 2-night stay was great, we tried the dawn, afternoon and evening four-wheel drive safari, accompanied by our lovely, very knowledgeable guide Macallister to find wildlife. We saw a few dwarf elephants and the long trip to the river was worth it! The accommodation has everything you need, including suites and air conditioning, all food is provided, with freshly prepared food. If you are walking along the forest trail, be careful of the water otters! It was a great experience.

Although we have been here many times, we can give us two different novel experiences every time. There is also a small farmhouse in the protected area.
