What people are saying:

I have climbed Cerro Pochoco a few times, but I think climbing in the afternoon/night will be different. Hiking at night. I contacted a guide who knew about the place, its history, flora and fauna, and loved mountains very much. We walked in groups and we managed to see the blooming Quico cacti (beautiful flowers), the trees in the hard-leaf forest, the beauty of the whole San Diego, the orange and reddish sun bets and the stars later. He told us the story of Mr. del Pochoco Don Ugo Ravera. He even has a book and a personal legend on the same mountain. They said he came up every day and he was very friendly when he saw you rise to third. Once I give you the red cane, I would love to see him. If anyone has this book, you can lend it to me because I haven't managed to get it yet. There are also some UFO stories...
