Shanghai Railway Museum

We loved visiting the Shanghai Railway Museum, especially because my son is crazy about trains. The museum is in an old-style building, and it was like stepping back in time to when trains first started in Shanghai.Inside, there were real trains, old carriages, and even a cool part where my son got to pretend to be a train driver using a console. The museum is not big, but it's full of interesting things. We saw two old trains, a green carriage, and a platform for taking pictures.The best part for my son was the tiny model trains he could play with. He also got to sit in a pretend train cab and pretend to drive. The museum had pictures, books, and badges from a long time ago, showing how trains changed in Shanghai.It's open from 9 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM. You can find it at No. 200 Tianmu East Road, Jing'an District, Shanghai, China. If your kid loves trains, like mine does, it's a really fun place to visit. The Shanghai Railway Museum was built in 1909. This is a museum opened on the original site of Shanghai Laobei Station. This is the only museum I have ever been to with a railway as the center. The museum is divided into 6 parts, with more than 50 exhibitions and nearly 1,000 exhibits.
