Historical background introduction: Zhujiajiao Town has a long history, forming a village more than 1700 years ago, and forming a market in the Song and Yuan Dynasties, named Zhujia Village. Such a nice place to enjoy a more traditional vibe in Shanghai! is quite far from the city center but you can easily spend the whole day walking around the town and it’s alleyways and canals. Views are great and of visited on weekdays is not crowded at all!
