Qipanshan Ice and Snow World

Qipanshan Ice and Snow World is located in the Qipanshan Scenic Area in the northeast of Shenyang City, 17 kilometers away from the urban area. It is a resort for winter ice and snow tourism in Shenyang and the venue for the annual China Shenyang International Ice and Snow Festival.Qipanshan Ice and Snow World has dense forests, rolling mountains, vast ice surfaces, and covers an area of 500,000 square meters. Every winter, snowflakes are flying here, everything is white, and it is a snowy scene. In winter, the daytime temperature here is between -15 and -5 all year round, and the snow quality is good. Qipanshan Ice and Snow World has now become a large ice and snow leisure venue with rich projects and complete facilities in Northeast China. The ice and snow activities in the scenic area are divided into two areas, north and south:The southern area is an alpine skiing area, with 1,000-meter, 800-meter, and 600-meter alpine ski slopes and a 500-meter ski run. There is also a 200-meter children's skiing practice field, two towed ski ropeways, a 1,016-meter alpine tubular slide, and fashionable items such as time-space chairs and snow rings.
