This time I brought my two kids for a family trip to the seaside☀️ Itinerary planning DAY1: National Geopark👉🏻Qiniang Mountain👉🏻Cloud Sea Angel Bay👉🏻Dapeng Fortress DAY2: Jiaochangwei👉🏻Chaxi Valley Forest Train 🚗Depart from Dongguan👉🏻1.5h to arrive 👉🏻National Geopark Arrived at the National Geopark at 10:30 am to watch dinosaurs🦖 The first and second floors allow robots to explain volcanic eruptions and jade jewelry introductions. Children also like to interact with robots. The dinosaurs are outdoors on the second floor. The whole process was completed at 12 o'clock! (Navigation: Danfeng Kaili Resort) Parking fee is 25 yuan 👉🏻Qiniang Mountain Go out and walk along the road for about 300 meters, walk towards Qiniang Mountain, you will see an iron gate and go in! Someone was taking wedding photos, we put the cart aside, and the sheep inside would walk over to steal food! The baby was scared and cried! The boss lady’s attitude was also very bad! But the photos inside are still very beautiful, and there are also wedding photos! Back to the parking lot, I accidentally found a place for afternoon tea. The photos inside are also very good. I had lunch here and let the baby take a nap until 2:30 👉🏻Yunhai Angel Bay Drive 15 minutes to Yunhai Angel Bay and take the capsule train. It fulfilled a little wish of the child again. And I unexpectedly saw two small sharks in the swimming pool 🦈 What a surprise 🤣 Parking here is 40 yuan per hour 80 yuan capped but it can be offset by eating 200 yuan inside. If you don’t eat, you can directly navigate: Jinsha West Road Middle (bus stop) to take a taxi with a starting price. Parking here is free, or take the bus! 👉🏻Jiaochangwei We drove for half an hour and arrived at Jiaochangwei at 6 pm. The homestay we chose this time was the breadfruit-themed homestay. It is a bohemian style, very exotic, and I especially like the feng shui bureau at the entrance. Haha. I specially chose a room with a large floor-to-ceiling window. The children are most looking forward to staying in the homestay, and the proprietress specially made props for shooting on the third floor. It’s really thoughtful! It’s very suitable for those who like to take pictures to check in! 👉🏻Pengcheng Fortress It is antique and has many local delicacies. You can also take parent-child photos. We went there too late at 9:30, and many lights were turned off! 👉🏻Tea Creek Valley Forest Train Tickets are 40/person on weekdays, 60/person on weekends and holidays, 5,200 meters long, and can be visited for 50 minutes. Tea Creek Valley is also very large and is free of charge. You can walk around if time permits. ⚠️Tips: 1⃣️ The ultraviolet rays at the seaside are very strong, so bring sunscreen🌞 2⃣️ There are many mosquitoes outdoors🦟 Mosquito repellent spray is also necessary 3⃣️ Be sure to bargain for sea activities, and you can get a discount 4⃣️ If you drive to Shenzhen Dapeng on weekends and holidays, you need to report your public account number to "Shenzhen Traffic Police" → Interact with Traffic Police → Make an Appointment for Passage → Dapeng Peninsula Movement → Make an Appointment for Passage → Dapeng Peninsula #Good Place for Walking #Dapeng #Jiaochangwei #Parent-Child

Although it is far from Shenzhen City, it is still worth seeing. It is still a monument. There are B&Bs and inns everywhere. There are General Di, Museum, Tianhou Temple, etc. The scenic spot is free. This is very good. Walking east and west inside is full of tourists, which is good. Now it has become a scenic spot, and you can sell everything you eat and drink. You can choose a homestay to stay in, and you can visit the ancient city in the morning.
after 4 years from the last time we went in Dapeng, visiting it again this 2025 was really fun. Dapeng Ancient town is actually one of our fave spot here in Shenzhen if we are craving for some history and nostalgia. The walled city will really bring you to old era. 😍😍😍
Free admission, very good, worth a visit, the play time is estimated to be about two hours. I would like to remind you that there are name bracelets in the scenic spot for 5 yuan each, not just two or three name bracelets for 5 yuan, but you need to add matching beads, 15 yuan each, a bracelet is 200 yuan at the bottom, and more than three or four hundred, it is not an exaggeration to say that it is a deception, because he did not tell you how much the matching beads cost before adding the beads, so there is a suspicion of fraud. Originally, I thought that the epidemic had a great impact on the scenic spot for three years, and I took care of the business of the merchants with sympathy, but these merchants did not care about your sympathy. In their eyes, they saw a fat sheep... The originally excellent scenic spot was discounted because of unscrupulous merchants. I hope the scenic spot can be rectified and not leave a bad impression on tourists!
Dapeng Fortress in Shenzhen is a famous ancient town in Shenzhen. It is crowded with people on weekends, especially when the weather is fine. Dapeng Fortress, whose full name is "Dapeng Guarding Thousand Households Fortress", is located in Pengcheng Community, Dapeng New District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province. It was a military fortress for China's coastal defense in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. It is known as "Dapeng is the best coastal fortress". It is the starting point of the Opium War. Shenzhen is also known as "Pengcheng", which originated from this. Dapeng Fortress was built in the 27th year of Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty. It has been well preserved so far. There are also military museums and General Liu Qilong's mansion that you can visit.
Dapeng Fort was originally an ancient military fortress, with a wall on the north and south sides, and a narrow main road between the walls, with many courtyards densely distributed. Soldiers' houses and generals' houses are located in them. You can see the sea not far away when you climb up the south wall. Now it looks more like a group of quaint village buildings, so quaint that the flowers and plants between the bricks and stones are very lively. The general's mansion is free to visit and easy to walk through... It is not much different from other courtyards in appearance, but when you go in, you will find that there are multiple rooms and suites with different functional areas. The square is swept by a gentle breeze, which is a good place to rest. There are popular black and white paintings of Qingshui ships and a whole row of gates like warehouses. From the north gate to the south gate, you will reach the seaside all the way south. Looking at the hills opposite under the blue sky and white clouds, it is a beautiful little bay. Fighting against the Japanese was originally a hymn of bravery and perseverance. Today, the seaside has long become a place where people are used to relax and have fun. The Martyrs' Cemetery is one bus stop away from the beach. I suddenly felt that this bus stop was very meaningful. I came here to hear the stories of the past and to enjoy all the scenery worth appreciating with respect. Do whatever you want and go home with joy.

Shenzhen is also known as "Pengcheng", which originated from this. Dapeng Fortress was built in the 27th year of Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty. It is a coastal defense fortress with a history of 610 years. The fortress has a nearly trapezoidal layout, covering an area of about 100,000 square meters. The city wall is 6 meters high and 1,200 meters long. There are 654 battlements on it and a horse path. The whole city is divided into four gates: east, west, south and north. There is an enemy tower on each gate, and two police stations on each side. The east, west and south sides of the city are surrounded by a moat 1,200 meters long, 5 meters wide and 3 meters deep. Since its establishment in the early Ming Dynasty, Dapeng Fortress has been responsible for the coastal defense security of the Shenzhen-Hong Kong area. It has resisted and fought against the invasions of Portugal, Japanese pirates and British colonialists many times. It was one of the main coastal defense fortresses to resist foreign aggression and defend sovereignty during the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The main streets in the city still retain the old appearance of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. More than a dozen generals' mansions, generals' brothers, garrison offices... The ancient buildings are well preserved. It is one of the relatively well-preserved coastal defense military castles of the Ming and Qing Dynasties in my country. It's late, and dusk has arrived.
