The Stone Carving Garden, formerly known as Hongqi Park, covers an area of 2 hectares. It was completed and opened in October 1992. On February 5, 2000, the park opened to visitors free of charge. From April to October 2002, the park was renamed "Stone Carving Garden" after the renovation. The garden has selected more than 30 representative stone carvings since the pre-Qin period, which are divided into text stone carving area, stone construction art area, ornamental sculpture area and ancient cultural relic area, vividly showing Shijiazhuang's long history, culture and stone carving art. The whole park is centered on the theme sculpture "creating history". The scenic spots such as Zhaozhou Bridge, Fenglongshan Stone Kiln, Zhongshan National Cultural Relics, Zhiping Temple Stone Classic Building and other scenic spots are connected by garden roads and separated by green spaces. among. The pavilions and towers in the garden depend on each other, the clear water reflects each other, the trees are shady, and the flowers are clustered together, giving people a pleasant and fresh feeling. In December 2004, the Construction Department of Hebei Province named the Stone Carving Garden a "Three-Star Park".
