A monument in front of Shingu station. Higashi Kume is a nursery rhyme songwriter from Shingu. "Hato Poppo" was written by Higashi Kume and composed by Rentaro Taki. It is different from the nursery rhyme of "Poppopo, Dove Popo", and it is probably a song that most people do not know.
