There are still a few of the old city gates to visit. This is very nice to view and there is a lovely park just outside the gate with some seats to sit and enjoy the view.

Porta S. Marco has about the same "age" as Porta Tufi, it is less impressive but nevertheless majestious. Opens the way to Grosseto and is located in the Contrada della Chiocciola.
