Hiking the Southern Ridges in Singapore
If you search for 'Singapore travel', you'll find places like Sentosa and Orchard Road popping up. That's why many people think that coming to Singapore is all about shopping and eating, but in fact, there are many natural hiking trails.
During these days in Singapore, I highly recommend this route.
The Southern Ridges, with a total length of about 10 kilometers, is a very well-developed and rich trail. It connects the small hills of Mount Faber Park, Telok Blangah Hill Park, and Kent Ridge Park, allowing you to immerse in nature while also enjoying panoramic views of the city, harbor, and southern islands. It's arguably the most beautiful hiking trail in Singapore.
Start nearby, the trail signs are very clear, and there's no worry about getting lost. Put on your yoga clothes, and go sweat it out on a walk through the Southern Ridges to get close to nature!
The southern ridge is a very beautiful sports park, the environment of the whole area is also very good, with a very rich structure, the visit here is also very unique, you can see a lot of interesting things, all kinds of walking roads suitable for sports are also very comfortable.
I would like to thank the inbound team for helping out my seniors students with smooth booking of their trip after their working hours. Also thank them for able to customise our needs on special arrangement with pick up location.
This is a particularly suitable place for hiking. There are not many tourists. Basically, they are all well equipped people. It takes less than four hours to walk. It is not fast. The scenery along the way is very good.
Today Sunday, our family went on the bridge. I heard that the scenery here is really beautiful, as if walking into the forest. Many people ran here early in the morning.
One of my favorite hikes in Singapore! You may start from Kent Ridge MRT Station and end at Harbourfront MRT station.
The total length is more than ten kilometers, the weather is relatively hot, it is recommended to travel at night.
great place to visit. if you love enjoying in the nature.
