Benedictine Monastery

One of the first pre-Romanic churches built along the walls of the palace

The monastery and the Church of St. Euphemia were built outside the northern walls in 1069. The monastery was dissolved at the beginning of the 19th century.

I found it by chance, just near the statue of Gulgourninski. I didn't know exactly what was written, but it seems to be a ruins. I'm surprised that there is not much feeling of being preserved and it seems to be put in the premises as it is.
