Fun for the family
This was a fun break for the kids from the intense hiking days, we just hung out on the beach and swam in the water. If you have the time to spend 1-2 hours there, go for it!
Stopped by for a picnic in the park
This is a big lake that is popular with the people. Very crowded with families. There are separate places for swimming, and a boat ramp. Parking was a challenge, but there were a few spots in the shad...
Fun little getaway
Good place to take family swimming, nice park. Boat rentals add to the enjoyment of this lake. Trails close by as well.
Retro living, wonderful hikes and restaurants.
This is a huge lake with many marinas in the summer, and lots of places to walk and hike. It will soon be connected to full county hike program.
