Pokrovsky Monastery

If you have enough experience in the bustling metropolis in Moscow, the nearby town of Suzdar is a good choice. The buildings here have a century-old history and are worth experiencing.

The Monastery of Notre Dame in Suzdal is suitable for a convent. The building of the monastery is very beautiful. Although it has been nearly 600 years old, it is still very new and has many characteristic wooden huts in the yard. The whole monastery was very quiet, especially against the blue sky and white clouds, and it was particularly holy.

The famous monastery of Suzdal is also a rare free attraction, the wooden building museum, the Kremlin and the Savior Monastery are all charged, and the other monastery of the Holyrood is tattered, although not charged. Not only is this Notre Dame monastery free, but the church inside is well-renovated. The monastery is full of flowers, which is a very beautiful and quiet place, but it is a little far from the city compared to other attractions.

After arriving at Vladimir by intercity train from Moscow, you can reach Suzdar by coach opposite the train station. Personally feel that the best scenery in the three towns of Jinhuan in Moscow is Suzdar. All the way to the country church, the pastoral scenery, is very suitable for leisure stroll. And Suzdar is not big, the attractions are relatively concentrated, and it is enough to walk around for a day. It's just that because of the high visibility now, there are a lot of tourists, and most of them are Chinese tour groups and backpackers. If you have time, you can stay for one night in Suzdar (I happen to live next to this Monastery of Notre Dame Suzdar) to experience the evening outside Moscow.
