"Nice hike, but check the tide first Note: only can come when the tide is low. Check the low tide time before departure. Bazi Lake ( and the entire rock platform) is underwater at high tide. It's a nice hike and the coastal scenery along the way is beautiful. Tips before the trip: 1. Remember to check the tide first (the latest tide check point is the port dock), plan to arrive at the Galavara Farm Parking Lot before the minimum 1-2 hours, so if the minimum tide is 1:30 pm, plan to arrive at the parking lot at 11:30 am. 2. It takes 1-2 hours to walk from the Galawara Farm Parking to the Bazi Lake one-way, so the return trip should leave 2-4 hours. When you return, make sure that it is daytime. 3. Even when the tide is low, the waves will hit the rocky platform, so be careful not to stand too close to the waves. Some people have been washed into the sea before. Some people have not survived. 4. Wear a pair of shoes that fit, the soles of shoes should have good grip. Better wear waterproof hiking shoes. Note: The rocks are slippery and sharp. Don't walk barefoot or in slippers! 5. If you see the rocks are green, yellow or brown, assume they are slippery. Take care to walk slowly. It's not fun to land on the sharp rocks. 6. You'll be on uneven rocks on the way to Bazi Lake, so don't worry. Before you take the next step, make sure your feet are steady on the rocks. Find a flat ground to walk on."
