Apricot flower that colors the lakeside
At the best time of view, the garden seems to be covered with red carpet, but this year the flowering was about １ weeks later than usual, so when I visited, it was still a little disappointing because it was still ５～６ blooming.
Natural higan flower
Weekdays are recommended as it is crowded on Saturdays and Sundays with shoulder parking. The photo of Takeujima shines. It was nice to play Shakuhachi.

Since the time when I visited was １１ moon, nothing bloomed around the pond, but it seems that it is a famous Katsurahama enike pond where the equinoctial flower blooms on one side, and I will aim for the time next time.
Higambana coloring the lakeside
A colony of Higanbana that continues along Lake Biwa. Higanbana is in full bloom like a bright red carpet. It seems that you can see the hammer radish in spring. The best time to see Higanbana is late September ～ early October. The parking lot is scattered along the lake road along Lake Biwa.
