It is terrible that I write this review. We have been here before with a positive experience, however this visit was absolutely nasty.1. Very dirty. Unbelievable that the grounds were disgusting full of food and garbage from guests. No staff to clean up after people.2. The washrooms were disgusting. In the ladies urine everywhere on toilets and no toilet paper.3. Let’s talk the jungle run aka the lazy River. It was so overcrowded. The disrespectful kids and teens running through it and banging into people and splashing was so disconcerting and disrespectful. Lifeguards watching people who took 6 boards to float down the lazy River leaving a very overcrowded area with nothing to float with. The water became so cloudy it was gross.When you reached the end, there were 100’s of kids and teens jamming up entry and exit in the water thinking it was a wading pool and not moving to allow people to get in or exit.4. Men’s washroom. Absolutely gross. How can people literally have a bowel movement and smear it everywhere. No park staff maintaining cleaning.5. Walking around the park someone literally did not make it to a washroom but felt it necessary to expel their feces on the walkway and it was semi formed to liquid and no one cleaned it up.6. Since when do you wait over an hour in lines to get to experience a ride and it is now okay to urinate in the line.7. Unfortunately, long line ups for food and drinks including alcohol and if you wanted the BBQ, you had to wait 30 to 45 mins in the bar line to purchase your tickets.These are just a few and there is more however, will leave this for now.Very disappointed and shocked how there is lack of staff, security, and lack of pride on Calypso’s part.Way too crowded for amount of staff.Do better. I am truly shocked this time and disappointed in how this has declined.
