Very nice sights of Skanderberg Sq from upstairs, and its very cheap. It offers nothing else, but takes just a little time and sights are very good.
Small tower
Clock tower had no queues to go up. There was a lady on ground who asks for 200 lira to go up. We don't know if she was official or scammer. The view from top was amazing. Clock tower is also location...
Passage
Built between the years 1822-1840. The Clock Tower has been open to tourists since 1996. In 2009-2010 it was cleaned and covered with marble pads.
