Very nice sights of Skanderberg Sq from upstairs, and its very cheap. It offers nothing else, but takes just a little time and sights are very good.

Passage
Built between the years 1822-1840. The Clock Tower has been open to tourists since 1996. In 2009-2010 it was cleaned and covered with marble pads.
