I visited the Oirase Valley Hotel in late March and stopped by on the way back to Aomori by rental car. There was snow nearby and on the bridge, but it was close to the roadway, so I was able to visit with my normal shoes. The empty snow encounter bridge was beautiful and had a great atmosphere.
