Great area to walk around
Part of the city which is designated by UNESCO. Take funicular up and just walk about the narrow streets, getting lost and enjoying the "art" and buildings. Great views of the harbour when you there.
Like the other parts of the cities this area is very artsy , but vert commercialized too. Another thing the Port of Valparaiso in this neighborhood. Lastly, it nice area too.

Cute neighborhood with nice views. Set up originally by British settlers to the port. Good restaurants and cafes. Expensive, lots of places still run down.
