Friends held a picnic here to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. We had a great time. There were some trees in the picnic area so you don’t get exposed to the sun. From the polo court through the parking lot, we were lucky to see a few Chukkar people. We also visited Will Rogers' house - to get in, you have to do an hourly tour (at least on weekends). One of the best trips we've ever had - so much information! He walked towards Will Rogers's stables built for his horse. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to hike, but we wanted to come back and try it.
