Cheap but rude staffs
Easy and cheap way to go around. We were shocked at the rudeness of the staffs and how they did not appear to enjoy their job.
The worse personal ever. Super rude and stupid, find a different boat to go to Venice
The personal is the most rude and stupid people ever. No help, just shouting at you for no reason. They are unhappy for working in August and pais it with the costumers. I really recomend you to find...
Unpleasant
Overall very expensive for a low service offered. Personnel quite unpolite and not helping at all. The public service with line 17 works muchh better.
Venice style public transportation
This is a great and economical way to get around Venice and the surrounding islands/towns...just like a public bus.
On time and easy
The parking was great and the boat trip was easy. If you get there late, make sure you know where you are going because it was quiet at night.
