Inspiring. Fascinated by the architecture and layout. Responsive people will help solve any issues raised. Be sure to stop for a moment at the adjacent fountain :)
Impressive and creative building, not too many volumes but a cool community center.
Memorable architecture and an airy place to think. Good areas for reading and computer browsing, helpful staff. I don't know Latvian, so the collection isn't much use.

Very nice interior. Spacious, you will find the place to read. Calming atmosphere. Sometimes concerts take place there.

I stopped here briefly while biking around the area. There were some art exhibitions inside that I looked at briefly. The toilet was clean, although the soap dispensers were empty. I did not see an...
