Sightseeing
Came across this after walking through the garden. It’s on the back side of the palace. It would have been neat to see the fountain turned on but it was still an awesome sight to see.
This is a rather unattractive fountain of a hunt dog and a deer, its pray. The fountain looked totally neglected when we visited it, and it was difficult finding any charm in it.
The kings of France did like hunting and these scenes would have been rigueur de jour. To us, it was violent but it did cause us to stop and become somewhat involved in the scenes. A tiger kills a b...

An unattractive fountain.
This is a rather unattractive fountain of a hunt dog and a deer, its pray. The fountain looked totally neglected when we visited it, and it was difficult finding any charm in it.
Nice, but a bit run down
A nice sculpture, although not if a great artistic value, quite run down by weather and time. Worth a view during the visit to the gardens
