Villa La Rotonda (Villa La Rotonda) is one of Palladio's most famous heritage in architecture. The Rotunda is located on the outskirts of Vicenza in northern Italy. The sand was designed by the Italian Renaissance architect Andrea Palladio.
Going to see it in person, it is very, very elegant and beautiful, strictly following the classical proportions. Its special feature is that it radiates around the central round hall and is absolutely symmetrical. The four insides are the same. It was originally a gathering place for literati and inkmen in that era. It's just that now the surrounding area is no longer a wilderness, but a fence has been added.
The Garden Villa is a little far away from the city center. I walked along the path under the leadership of the locals. This building is a typical representative work of the famous Italian architect Palladio, which fully embodies his neoclassical architectural style and is very elegant. The White House, the presidential palace of the United States, was designed and built on this basis.
The Rotunda, located on the top of a hill in downtown Vicenza, is an elegant Roman-style villa. The villa has a striking dome. Below the dome is the famous Vicenza Rotunda. The front is decorated with Roman columns. Looks very grand from a distance
