Go down the mountain to the north of Huagai Mountain, cross a road to the south of Haitan Mountain. Haitan Mountain is close to the Lijiang River. In ancient times, the mountain was the mountain when it landed from the Lijiang River. It is commonly known as the Lijiang Mountain. The Haitan Square at the foot of the mountain is called ＂ Moral Square ＂. The square is surrounded by many Wenzhou moral exemplary figures. However, the square is full of merchant snack bars, forming a huge contrast with the Moral Square, which is a bit messy.

One of the nine mountains in Wenzhou City, Haitan Mountain has Tianning Temple, Ye Shi Tomb and Zhao Erchun Martyr Sculpture. Ye Shi, Wenzhou native, famous thinker, literaryist, political critic of the Southern Song Dynasty, known as Mr. Shuixin. Yongjia School gathers great success. Zhao Erchun, a Navy fighter stationed in Wen, sacrificed himself to save the fire of Xinmadao Elementary School and was awarded the title of "Model Aimin".
