Wenzhou Nan Huaijin Academy is located in the Sanjiang Wetland Wufuyuan scenic area. The academy is surrounded by clear waters and shaded by green trees. Composed of four ancient-style buildings, the academy upholds Mr. Nan Huaijin's great aspiration 'to fight for the defense of national culture' and practices the philosophy that 'culture is the bloodline of the nation and the spiritual home of the people'. Nan Huaijin (1918—2012), born in Yueqing City, Wenzhou, Zhejiang, was a contemporary Chinese writer, educator, and master of Chinese studies. Nan Huaijin was well-versed in Confucianism, Buddhism, and Taoism, integrating various thoughts of Chinese culture. In addition, he was an expert in medicine, divination, astronomy, boxing, swordsmanship, poetry, and more. Upon entering the Nan Huaijin Academy, one is greeted by a large wooden relief depicting the vivid image of Nan Huaijin in his later years. Next to it is a wood carving of Nan Huaijin's own handwriting, summarizing his life's pursuit. In addition to displaying books created by Nan Huaijin, the academy focuses more on exhibitions. Through pictures and replicas, it fully presents the legendary and dramatic life of Nan Huaijin. It can be seen that Nan Huaijin was not only a master of Chinese studies and a university professor but also a martial arts expert. He had served in the military and was often involved in Buddhist circles. He also offered advice on issues such as cross-strait negotiations, the Yellow River's cessation of flow, and the South-to-North Water Transfer Project. For the people of Wenzhou, Nan Huaijin's greatest achievement was facilitating the construction and opening of the Jinhua-Wenzhou Railway. The architecture continues the landscaping techniques of classical Chinese gardens, integrating indoor space with nature by bringing water into the garden. When I went there, it was just when the fine mist was shrouding, and raindrops were causing ripples on the water surface, walking through the courtyards as if I was in a traditional ink painting of the Jiangnan region.

I'm under a lot of pressure at work every day, so I go to a guesthouse to relax on the weekends, This newly opened ANQUI guesthouse is quite close to the Sanjiang Wetland, so I chose this one After arriving at the entrance of the park's parking lot, the staff of the guesthouse came to pick me up in a small car with enthusiasm! Admiring the scenery along the way, I arrived at the entrance of the guesthouse in a short while, I was quite surprised, this guesthouse surrounded by nature, coupled with the overcast sky, there's a kind of beauty in the lonely wind~ I thought I was on a trip to Thailand!
