based on 47 reviewsIt was fun, there were few people and many animals, it was very comfortable and my baby was very happy. It was just that we didn't have much time to catch a plane. We will definitely go there again next time we go to Xi'an.
Xi'an Qinling Wildlife Park is a national 4A-level tourist Attraction that integrates wildlife ex-situ protection, science education, tourism, and leisure vacation. The park covers an area of more than 2,600 acres and exhibits more than 200 species and 6,000 heads of Qinling rare animals, including the four treasures of Qinling: giant pandas, takins, golden monkeys, and crested ibis, as well as representative wild animals from all over the world. The animal population and number are both ranked first in the northwest, and the annual number of tourists exceeds 1.8 million. Since its opening, the park has successively won the titles of National Wildlife Protection Science Education Base, National Youth Civilization, Shaanxi Province Primary and Secondary School Students Research and Practice Education Base, and Xi'an Youth Science Education Base.
Qinling Wildlife Park is located in Chang'an District, Xi'an. The zoo is divided into different areas, including walking tour area, driving area (herbivore area and beast area). It also has animal performance venues, small animal parks, amusement parks, rare animal breeding bases, etc. The walking area is located in the western half of the zoo, and the animal buildings include the giant panda hall, golden monkey hall, marine performance hall, amphibian and reptile hall, etc.
The driving area includes the herbivorous area and the wild animal area (the cost of the sightseeing bus is included in the Adimission Ticket of the Attraction ). The herbivorous animal exhibition part of the driving area is located in the eastern half of the zoo, which is divided into two parts, the east and west. The east half is the herbivorous animals native to Africa, including the giraffe hall, zebra hall, wildebeest hall, and antelope hall; the west half is the herbivorous animals native to Asia, including the white-lipped deer unique to China, the sand Bactrian camel, and the yak.

The carnivore exhibit in the drive area is located in the southern part of the zoo, and from east to west there are tigers, African lions, bears, and wolves. If you want to see the animals up close, you can take the "feeding car" in the Attraction(the fare is based on the on-site price, not included in the Attraction Adimission Ticket, and tourists are willing to buy it).
There is also a small train in the park (the fare is based on the on-site price and tourists can purchase it voluntarily).
There is also a marine animal performance hall in the zoo that provides visitors with exciting and thrilling performances. The specific time of the animal show is subject to the announcement of the Attraction on the day. During holidays, there will be more performances than usual.

It was fun, there were few people and many animals, it was very comfortable and my baby was very happy. It was just that we didn't have much time to catch a plane. We will definitely go there again next time we go to Xi'an.
Location: Get off at Changning Palace Station, the terminus of Line 2. You can take a direct bus or taxi. Since we were a large group, we took a taxi. The bus should depart at half past or on the hour. The return bus will be full, so it's 10 yuan per person. Overall Experience: When visiting the Four Treasures of the Qinling Mountains, the panda enclosure is at the very back. There's no Qizi here! No Qizi! Don't go the wrong way. Everyone should check the weather before traveling to avoid a disappointing experience.
The variety of animals here is still acceptable, but I recently visited several other zoos and found that the animals here are not very happy. I hope that one day this place can be like Chimelong, where the animals can live happily.
The grassland area is a must-see. I took the bus twice, once in the morning and once in the afternoon. I could see all kinds of animals running and living in the park. It was very shocking. The giant pandas are a must-see. Who doesn't like giant pandas? They are so cute and healing. There are various performances in Shanglinyuan for one hour. The actors are very dedicated and the animals are very cooperative. I like them very much. The aquarium is average. The rest depends on personal preference.
Entering the Qinling Wildlife Park is like entering a natural paradise. This is not only the home of animals, but also a microcosm of the harmonious coexistence of man and nature. The park has a beautiful environment and lush vegetation. Animals move freely in spacious habitats, showing the most natural state. From the mighty lions and tigers to the clever giraffes and zebras, each animal makes people feel the vitality and diversity of life. Taking a sightseeing bus through the beast area and observing these grassland kings up close is both nervous and exciting; while in the walking area, interacting with the gentle alpacas and peacocks makes people feel more intimate. The design of the park fully considers the welfare of animals and the experience of tourists, which not only protects animals, but also allows tourists to feel the charm of nature up close. Qinling Wildlife Park is not only a visual enjoyment, but also a spiritual baptism. It makes me more aware of the importance of protecting wild animals and maintaining ecological balance. When I left, my heart was full of awe for nature and cherishment for life.
It is especially suitable for two people or more to visit. It is best to visit the wild area by car. It is recommended not to take a car to other areas. It is best to visit on foot. Each area should not exceed 5 minutes, otherwise you will not be able to visit it completely. I have been there twice and have not visited it completely. It is recommended to look at the regional distribution map in advance and go to the key places. There will be a show in the aquarium at 3 pm, which lasts about half an hour. It is recommended to bring water. If you bring children, it is best to sit in a stroller. Walking is not recommended.
During the epidemic, I made an appointment online in advance to enter the zoo for free. The scenery is nice. It is at the foot of the mountain. It was the first time I brought my baby to the zoo. Maybe it was because of the epidemic, the living environment of the animals was average. As soon as I entered the park, I was recommended to take a bus to see the wild animal activity area. I think it is worth seeing. I hope the shuttle bus driver will drive slower. I didn't look carefully and passed by. I can stroll around for 5 or 6 hours. It is recommended to go in the morning. There is also a place to buy food at the gate. If you are not sure about eating outside, you can bring some food and water in advance. The animals commonly seen on TV are basically all there. It is still necessary to go there with children.
First of all, thank you Ctrip for providing such a convenient ticket booking function! It was my first time to go to Qinling Zoo. The rain stopped just after I arrived at the park. The air was good and the environment was also very good. I rented a small car, which was very convenient. There were natural oxygen bars everywhere, and it was very comfortable to walk and drive! The only drawback is that the wild animal area is not open yet! But it doesn't matter. This also gives me a chance to visit next time! Highly recommended!
