Yellow Creek Falls is easy to find; it is kind of mid-way between Robbinsville and the Cheoah Dam; the trailhead is right off the main road, Rt. 129, and marked well. The lot can probably hold about a...
Nice falls not far from trailhead
The hike back requires some balance and flexibility to negotiate the tricky footing in places. Pretty Falls once you get there.
Beautiful countryside
We stopped here along our road trip and were glad we did. Beautiful countryside. Worth the drive. Places to hike and just relax along the way.
Fun and beautiful
We stopped here on our way to Lake Santeetlah and were glad we did. Our kids (ages 3, 5, and 7) loved the trail, slightly challenging but not too much, and the waterfall is beautiful.
