I have forgotten to comment for a long time. The overall feeling is not bad. The scenery is different. There are deserts, lakes, wetlands. You can also ride a camel and walk in a team. It is not tired to sit in the car. It is really OK.

欲飞的鸟
[Iron Gate Guan] is located 8 kilometers north of Korla City, Xinjiang. Iron Gate Guan is the Tianjin risk of traffic in the north and south Xinjiang, the throat of the ancient "Silk Road". The Jin Dynasty set up the Guan here, because of its dangerous, so called "Iron Gate Guan", once listed as one of the 26 ancient Chinese customs.

浪尖白鸥
One of the four towns in Anxi, the ancient Silk Road fortress, the Buddhist center of "Yuan" County, is located in seven Xingzhen, and the site of the Buddha Temple is very close to the expressway Ziniquan toll station. The north and south are about 500 meters long and the east and west are about 200 meters wide. The front yard and back caves have spring water and reeds. Built in the Jin Dynasty, about 1700 years old. Xuanxu and other high monks have visited or preached. Aka "Mingwu", Uighur meaning "thousand rooms", is enough to reflect the prosperity of the cultural exchange between East and West Buddhism. After the storms of the past, especially the looting of the "explorers" of the modern empires, there are 93 remaining houses and 11 grottoes. However, its unique art form and blended culture are still an important historical landscape to understand the Western culture and the Silk Road.

In 1759, Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty, in recognition of the achievements of the local Uighur leader Yuan Yuan for helping to calm the size and the rebellion, specially sent Han craftsmen to build it. In 2004, the Kuqa Municipal Government invested 13 million yuan, and according to the memories of Dawuti Maihe Suti (the 12th generation of kings), the "Kuqa Wangfu" was rebuilt at the original site. There is also a chance to meet the last princess of China and take a photo together. It is worth a visit to understand the local humanities, history and culture. It's best to have a narrator.

#4 of Best Things to Do in Turpan

Stop and walk slowly in the grape ditch, and it is almost evening before taking a taxi to Jiaohe Ancient City. The difference between the old city and the ancient city is that the former is no longer inhabited. The bare ruins of the broken wall and the loess under the sunset make this whole city more empty and desolate. This is a well worth visiting in Turpan, although the fare is 95 not cheap. (The ancient city of Jiaohe was founded and built by the Cheshiremen from the 2nd to 5th centuries BC. It reached its peak in the Northern and Southern Dynasties and Tang Dynasties. In the 9th to 14th centuries, due to the strategic location, Jiaohe City gradually declined. During the Chahetai period in the late Yuan Dynasty, the war in Turpan was fought for years. Jiaohe City was badly damaged and finally abandoned. Jiaohe Ancient City is the largest and oldest and best preserved city in the world, and it is also the most complete urban relics preserved in China for more than 2,000 years. The highest military and political institution in Tangxi Province, Anxidu Hufu, was first located in Jiaohe Ancient City. : In Turpan, I deeply realized that it is not easy to take a taxi back to the city from the scenic spot. Although these scenic spots are only about 8 kilometers away from the city, if you don't contact the taxi driver in advance to add money to pick you up, no one will come over. Unlike Urumqi Korla, these cities can also use online car-hailing platforms such as Didi Gaode, which are monopolized by taxis in Turpan. There is only one cat on the platform that occasionally takes orders, and they are all taxis. So this time it was dark for a long time before finally and another couple of mother and son hit the car back to the city.

Chop well is a more classic scenic spot in Turpan. It's really amazing. That water can be drunk directly. There are underground canals. Many people are enough to drink, and I also tasted a bite, a little sweet.

The scenic spot is not particularly large. We took less than an hour to visit while walking. The collection station, Kanerjing, and grape-cooked rooms are integrated with a comprehensive view. It is suitable for people who are in a hurry to check in and visit quickly.
